General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services, events, short training programmes, seminars, workshops, private sessions, video courses and live-streamed seminars offered by Sue Dhaibi – Connected Dimensions (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

1. General Provisions

1.1 These GTC apply to all services offered by the Provider.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or independent professional activity. A business customer is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity that enters into a legal transaction in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity.

1.3 The Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in writing, by email or through publication on the website. The changes shall be deemed accepted if the customer does not object within 14 days or continues to use the services. Customers will be explicitly informed of the objection period and its consequences.

1.4 Retroactive Application: Amended GTC shall also apply to existing contractual relationships where legally permissible. Customers have the right to object to the changes within 14 days.

1.5 Participation Requirements: Participation in the Provider’s services and events is restricted to adults who have full legal capacity.

2. Registration and Conclusion of Contract

2.1 Registrations are made via the webshop, email or other platforms provided. A contract is concluded upon confirmation by the Provider.

2.2 Live-streamed seminars are conducted via Zoom. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet the necessary technical requirements.

2.3 The participation conditions apply equally to online and in-person events. Sharing access credentials is prohibited.

2.4 Private session bookings are binding. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.

2.5 User Accounts: Login credentials must be kept confidential. Bookings made through a user account are binding.

2.6 Registration Through External Organisers: If registration is made through the website of an external organiser, the terms and conditions of that organiser shall apply.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Participation fees are due in accordance with the agreed payment terms or the payment deadline stated on the invoice. In the case of last-minute registrations, proof of payment must be provided.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer, credit card, TWINT and other payment methods. A processing fee of CHF/EUR 3 applies to payments made by invoice.

3.3 Instalment Payments for Training Programmes: An instalment payment agreement obliges the participant to pay the full amount, even if they discontinue their participation.

If instalment payments are not made on time, the following reminder fees apply:

First reminder: CHF/EUR 10
Second reminder: CHF/EUR 15
Third reminder: CHF/EUR 20

3.4 Private Sessions: In-person sessions must be paid for in cash at the time of the appointment. Online and telephone sessions must be paid by invoice no later than 14 days after the session.

If the payment deadline is exceeded, the following reminder fees apply:

First reminder: CHF/EUR 10
Second reminder: CHF/EUR 15
Third reminder: CHF/EUR 20

3.5 Prices, Contractual Currency and Payment Conditions

Where prices for services, seminars, training programmes, sessions or products are displayed simultaneously in Swiss francs (CHF) and euros (EUR), for example CHF 449.– / € 449.–, the following rules apply:

For customers residing in Switzerland, only the price stated in Swiss francs (CHF) is binding. Payment must be made exclusively in CHF.

The displayed euro price applies exclusively to customers residing within the European Union. Payment in euros is permitted only for this customer group.

For customers residing outside Switzerland and the European Union, invoices will generally be issued in Swiss francs (CHF).

The currency specified in the booking confirmation or invoice shall be binding. Currency conversion based on exchange rates is not permitted, and customers are not entitled to request payment in a different currency.

The Provider is entitled to determine the applicable payment currency based on the billing address provided during the booking process.

4. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Rebooking

4.1 Five-Day and Year-Long Training Programmes and Holiday Seminars

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or letter and require written confirmation from the Provider. A cancellation shall only be considered accepted once this confirmation has been issued.

Up to 8 weeks before the start date: Refund minus an administrative fee of CHF/EUR 200.
Up to 4 weeks before the start date: 50% refund.
From 4 weeks before the start date: No refund.

Note: Any costs relating to excursions and additional services must be borne by the participant (see the Liability Disclaimer regarding insurance).

4.2 Workshops and Seminars

Cancellation Without a Replacement Participant

Up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the start date: An administrative fee of CHF/EUR 60 per person applies. The remaining amount will be refunded.
From 4 weeks before the start date: No refund (100% of the gross purchase price will be retained).

Transfer of Participation to a Replacement Participant

As an alternative to cancellation, transferring a booking to another person is generally permitted.

The registered participant may transfer their place to a replacement participant no later than 3 working days before the event begins, provided that this does not create additional administrative work for the Provider.

The following conditions apply:

1. Organisation and Personal Details Provided by the Customer

The original participant is responsible for arranging a replacement participant and must provide all relevant details by email, including name, email address, telephone number and, where applicable, billing address.

The email must also confirm that the replacement participant accepts the GTC and meets the participation requirements.

2. Contract and Payment

The original participant remains the contractual partner. Any financial settlement must be arranged directly between the individuals involved.

Alternatively, the invoice may be transferred to the replacement participant for a rebooking fee of CHF/EUR 50.

3. Validity and Rejection

The transfer only becomes effective once the Provider has issued written confirmation.

A replacement participant may be rejected if they clearly do not meet the participation requirements.

Rebooking (Change of Date or Seminar)

Rebooking is possible up to 4 weeks before the event begins. A rebooking fee of CHF/EUR 60 applies.

Non-Attendance and Partial Participation

Failure to attend or make use of all or part of a booked service does not entitle the participant to replacement services, deductions or refunds.

4.3 Cancellation by the Provider

The Provider may cancel an event due to illness, failure to reach the minimum number of participants or force majeure.

Any fees already paid will be refunded in full. Further claims are excluded.

4.4 Hotel Bookings

Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

In the event of withdrawal or seminar cancellation, participants must comply with the terms and conditions of the respective hotel and are responsible for any hotel costs incurred.

4.5 Private Sessions – Appointment Cancellations

Appointment cancellations made less than 48 hours before the agreed appointment and not communicated in writing (by email or SMS) will be charged in full.

4.6 Event Cancellation

If an event does not take place, all payments already made will be refunded in full. No further claims shall arise.

5. Price Increases for Private Sessions, Seminars and Events

5.1 Private Sessions: The Provider reserves the right to adjust prices for private sessions, including sessions that have already been booked, subject to prior notification.

Price increases will be communicated in writing or by email at least four weeks before they take effect.

If a price increase affects private sessions that have already been booked, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract before the new prices take effect. Any amounts already paid for private sessions not yet received will be refunded proportionately.

5.2 Seminars and Events: Seminars and events that have already been booked will not be affected by subsequent price increases. The price agreed upon at the time of booking shall remain applicable.

6. Digital Content: Video Courses and Live-Streamed Seminars

6.1 Digital content is provided via Digistore24 and Coachy (video courses) and Zoom (live seminars).

6.2 Access credentials are intended for personal use only. Recording or sharing content with third parties is prohibited.

6.3 Participants are responsible for meeting the necessary technical requirements. No refund is available for technical problems arising on the participant’s side.

6.4 Right of Withdrawal

EU: No right of withdrawal applies to digital content with immediate access pursuant to Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Switzerland: No right of withdrawal applies after delivery or use.

6.5 By purchasing digital products, the customer agrees that the provision of the service begins before the withdrawal period expires and that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.

7. Liability Disclaimer and Personal Responsibility

7.1 All guidance and content are intended for spiritual and personal development and do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

7.2 Each participant acts on their own responsibility. The Provider accepts no liability for direct or indirect consequences arising from the application of knowledge or techniques learned.

7.3 Participation is entirely at the participant’s own responsibility.

7.4 Participants are prohibited from making recordings.

7.5 Health Notice: Participation is only permitted for individuals in stable mental and physical health. The services offered do not replace therapy.

8. Copyright and Recordings

8.1 All content is protected by copyright. Distribution or sharing without written permission is prohibited.

8.2 Participants are not permitted to make recordings during events.

8.3 Recordings by the Provider: The Provider reserves the right to record parts of events. Recordings containing identifiable individuals will only be published with their consent.

8.4 The content and works created by the website operators are subject to German copyright law. Contributions from third parties are identified as such.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution or other use beyond the limits of copyright law requires the written consent of the respective author or creator.

Downloads and copies are permitted for private, non-commercial use only.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Personal data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for the fulfilment of contractual obligations.

9.2 Newsletters are distributed via Rapidmail using the double opt-in procedure. Unsubscription is possible at any time.

9.3 When participating via Zoom, Zoom’s privacy policy applies.

9.4 Cookies and Log Files: Cookies are used to optimise the website. Server log files are stored for technical analysis.

9.5 Data Retention: Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual obligations or comply with legal requirements.

10. Disclaimer

10.1 The websites may contain links to third-party websites.

The Provider accepts no responsibility for their content, services or other offerings, nor for their compliance with data protection regulations.

Accessing third-party links is at the user’s own responsibility.

11. Final Provisions

11.1 These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
